Hi, I’m Vijay.

I’m a writer, former sales leader, and someone who never quite fit the typical mold.
For over 15 years, I worked in B2B sales. I led teams, closed big accounts, and built lasting trust with clients – not by being flashy, but by staying grounded. I wasn’t the loudest voice in the room, but I always knew how to listen, ask the right questions, and guide buyers with clarity.

That quiet approach worked in boardrooms. But when I left my job to start something on my own, I realized how hard it is to show up online without a big brand behind you.
I struggled too.

Not with ideas, but with the pressure to “perform.” Everyone around me was posting daily, chasing attention, and sharing wins like clockwork.

And I couldn’t relate. So I turned inward. I studied what truly builds trust online. I leaned into psychology, story, and simplicity. And I started writing in a way that felt like me – calm, honest, and clear.
That’s when everything changed.

Now, I help quiet leaders do the same. I ghostwrite for founders and sales pros who want to share their ideas online, without sounding like someone else. I create writing systems that work for people who don’t want to shout – but still want to be heard.
